When I picked up my vehicle, there was multiple things wrong (i e car made noises not present prior to service, and multiple diagnostic codes popped up). There were two specific staff members (Female at front desk, Ray (?) and one of the master mechanics, I can’t recall his name) who assisted me and they were pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. Was I upset about some of the things discussed and car problems, yes, but I knew I had to get it done so my child could have reliable transportation.

Problem got resolved and it appears to be working good.
