Schedule is sent ahead of time and doesn't change. Our person comes on the day they are suppose to and has what they need to complete the filter replacement and fill the water softener.

Bills are consistent and emailed which is very appreciated.

If we have problems, we can call and get them taken care of with fast.

If we need more salt you are close enough and have the salt needed on hand.

Anytime I have emailed or called, I've dealt with great office ladies support.

Obviously like most, wish it didn't cost so much, but when it comes to our water, it's worth the price and the great service we get.
