The service inspection of the bait stations seemed to be satisfactory. But on a less than satisfactory note, the technician was 40 minutes late and never called or texted that he was behind. Our appointment was June 16, 2025 between 0Phone number removed hrs, he arrived at 1040 hrs. Said the system was down. Don’t need any system to call or text. He was quite nonchalant about the situation, never apologized, didn’t state he would do better. We don’t want Mr. Sandoval to return, desire another technician. One who is thoughtful.
