Ttpically have good experience..this time was an exception and bad...was a walk in...first had to wait till a staff member finished a personal call at the desk...then receptionist walked up and she too had to wait as staff member was in the way...receptionist asked if I minded having an apprentice..said not a concern as its just a buzz cut..so turned she then turned around and asked another staff member if she could take me..I assumed that was the trainee in question and was about to follow her but she abruptly turned around and walked away...so I was left there confused..so much so I asked was I suppose to follow her...was told be receptionist no..some other fella was coming...trainee buzz cut my hair but after just blow dry blew me off..typically they ask if a want a shampoo after..was itchy all day as result....went to go pay and cost was 40 bucks..payed and left good tip..asked receptionist if she was sure buzzcut was 40 bucks..she said firmly yes and that prises had gone up...I turned to leave and saw on the board buzz cut was 28 dollars..so I pointed and she all of a sudden didnt know what todo...had to wait for a supervisor to give me my refund..that took a while as she was not in the building....mistakes happen..but he blatant remark about prices had gone up without checking is inexcusable...over bad experience from start to finish..after years of being a customer was enough to question of I should ever come back
