Polite on phone, helpful connecting to proper department. Excellent communication as explaining a 1x service call or a (yearly contract like we did). Went out of there way to make sure I got fast service.
Tiny, our service gentleman, explained everything as he was treating the interior & outside for the initial service.
The email communication was prompt with the contact as they stated.
I will say, Tiny is an excellent service tech. (We use him at 2 different addresses)He rings the doorbell when he arrives and its much appreciated just in case I have any questions or concerns. *I HOPE ALL ARROW TECHS read this & let's the homeowners know (if they are home) there there! HINT HINT DABNEY GUY. You should be VERY PROUD to call Tiny a ARROW Employee!!
