After long research I realized that Trek was top quality for bikes and the e-bikes . I purchased the Electra Townie go e-bike , being 64 years old and riding a Harley for years the Electra was the Harley Davidson type ride of e-bikes . I dealt with Henin and he was awesome, educated on the bikes and very patient with me and all my questions. I spoke with Matt and Mark on the phone and they were both patient and I felt no pressure on making decisions . My wife will be purchasing her first e-bike from Trek Bicycle Store in London , but for now she still enjoys peddling her Trek bike that she purchased from Trek Bicycle Store London 25 years ago.
