The people there are magnificent. The experience is incredible. It’s a family environment. I would recommend everybody and anybody to go over there and experience and give it a shot. I guarantee they will love it and they will come back for more. There is nothing more better than feeling good about yourself physically and mentally. And this place makes you feel all those things and more. I love this place and I’m gonna keep going back even when times are hard. I will keep coming back. In those times that are hard this place gives you an outlet and it’s my outlet shout out to everybody who works there and the people who goes there to train and to have a good time and to feel good about themselves I’m proud of them and myself. 10 out of 10.
