Trainers get to know a client’s strengths and weaknesses. They prepare individualized training exercises to improve a client’s fitness performance. Each trainer has an array of exercises, based on their experience and knowledge of the client, to strengthen each client. Exercises are individualized and vary by session and trainer, and increase in intensity as sessions go by, according to the individualized plan which is updated regularly, based upon an eight-week assessment of each client’s performance in a predetermined set of exercises. There is an assessment, a plan is developed and implemented, and progress is measured at regular intervals. It’s a process that works.
