Camera scope of first 12 ft of air ducts from 3 or more vents and the cold air return. More thorough inspection of AC units for status of fins, internal cleanliness, external plant growth etc. Deck and other outdoor wooden structure assessment. Comment on network/multimedia/telephone wiring and outlets. State of carpets and other flooring, worn underpad, gaps in hard flooring, scores/cuts/tears in sheet flooring. Drone footage of attic insulation and roof sheathing. Locate on clean-out, main water shut-off in the house, outside the house, and location of any sump pump drainage point and assessment.
