The attention! It works! My personal thought is taken out of it. I don’t have to think about what I am going to do when I get there, how much weight, how many reps or what body parts! I show up and they take me through the workout! Part of what makes working out and lifting weights, so exhausting is all the thought process prior to showing up at a gym. That thought process can be exhausting to someone who has a busy and stressful life. The exercise coach takes that out of the picture for me! They even let me know how many reps I have left to go and they encourage me to keep going! Also, starting out slowly, was very important to me and that’s exactly what we did!
