Many aspects of the service rendered to me was outstanding, and I would recommend Service Master to my friends neighbors and family.
4 of your employees entered my home and were introduced.
They were informative and told me exactly what they were there to do and what I could expect.
They were polite and asked me if I had any questions.
They encouraged me to call if I had questions come up that were not answered.
The day of pick-up Brandon had an emergency that detained him. He kept me updated and let me know his eta later in the day.
Brandon was the lead person and demonstrated a calm attitude. He was kind and presented the condition of my home in a forthright manner. Brandon was knowledgeable and reassuring. He cut a hole in my ceiling like he was doing it in his own home. What a gem!!!
If I worked with Brandon I would make certain he was acknowledged for his outstanding care of my home and the situation I found myself in.
