We appreciate the care and the sense of family amongst the staff. Not just the teachers, but the directors know your child's name. They provide daily updates via the app and call when needed. If there is one piece of feedback I could provide it would be regarding the startup and first few days because understanding the process of daily bottles, drop off, pick up and paperwork was not the most clear. We didn't find out about how to label bottles until close to start date and things in the fridge/cubby weren't fully ready on day one. It just seemed like they won't ready on day one. This changed immediately within the first two-three days. But with that being said, the staff work very hard to ensure your baby is cared for and meeting the needs of the family. I would strongly recommend The Nest in Bath.
