First of all, I went to the location in the core and had a less than stellar experience. After putting my name down on the list, I received a text saying my service was about to start. When I got to the desk, the barber told me she had to go to the bank so she couldn’t start me yet. She did assure me the next barber available would be ready in 5 minutes. After another half hour, she returned from the bank and told me it would be another 5 minutes. By this time, a few more people added their name to the list. Another 30 minutes later, another barber was ready and called someone who was under me on the sign in. I left. What horrible service at the core. I called after I left and the person that answered was also incredibly rude.
The Deerfoot meadows location is amazing! I go there a lot when I’m able to drive over. The manager is so helpful. And Britany, my regular barber is absolutely fantastic!
