It was quick and convenient. I will say that I was flying out of terminal B and you can't be dropped off there due to construction. The driver took me to terminal C, which is the same as I was instructed by the airline. But that's all they said, "enter at terminal c"
The driver told me to take the train straight to B. Which is what I would have done anyway as the I've lived here for all the decades the train existed. But turns out that the train stops and sits there at terminal B, but passengers cannot get off. Airport workers on the train with me told me to go on to terminal A, go through security and then take the sky train back to B.
So the sky train is the only way to get to terminal B. Please instruct your drivers.
I missed my flight because of this and had to wait hours at the airport for the next which impacted my work at the destination.
