So far, the products have been what I expected. The service that I called about to have the rental softener moved, was probably better than I expected. Sandy was very nice and explained what was going to happen. The men that picked up the old softener were very nice and also explained what would happen next.
Very disappointed in the Billing Dept! Make payments online and there is NO Confirmation Number. Made a payment in February and in March still stated that I owed. Now a payment was made again online and has yet to clear my bank account, it's been a month! Nobody seems to be able to answer your questions about billing and state they are behind 3 to 4 weeks.
