It’s a very clean facility, but I just spent the winter in Florida where each of the 3 planet Fitness clubs I visited had “Hybrid Tanning” .
I was surprised to return home and find my home club did NOT have hybrid tanning (red light/uv) as I’d assume my NY home club would have the most cutting edge tech in tanning.
