I always have a great workout because of the variety and quantity of equipment. I have never had to deviate from my workout plan - I can always access the weights I need, even on a crowded day. Hats off to the PF company for providing in between dumbbells- 22.5, 27.5 - and recognizing that not everyone can progress 5 pounds at a time.
