Thank you for the opportunity to share my opinion. I have two points to share.
I visited the Y with my family for events such as last Saturday Easter egg hunt and last year meeting Santa. My take away is that it seems disorganized when participants are pointed in the wrong direction or the staff does not show confidence where to direct members.
My second point is that last Saturday at the Easter egg hunter the Y had an opportunity to present its services and staff (personal trainers) while members were waiting for the event to begin and to engage the children. For example: have a personal trainer/s do some stretches or a light fun warm up with the kids before they search for the eggs.
Overall my family and I are happy and proud members of the Y.
