The MANAGEMENT hands down!! Sara and her team have excellent customer services and the Walnut Grove Club is the cleanest for all clubs that I have attended. [i'VE been a member of Schaumburg, Il, Barrington IL, Anchorage Alaska, Sheverport,LA. and Rapid City South Dakota.]
Kudos to Sara and her team for maintaining a club as it should be; customer service politeness making you want to go every day - they create that positive atmosphere; cleanliest of the club; greeting you when you enter and exit. Providing you an explanation if any equipment etc is not currently working.
MANAGEMENT SHOULD REVIEW RAPID CITY SOUTH DAKOTA - IT IS DIRTY, SMELLS AND EMPLOYEES COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE DIRT IN THE CLUB - ITS DARK AND UNAPPEALLING - NEGATIVE ATMOSPHERE TO WORK OUT IN - TOTALLY NOT THE BRAND THAT I BELIEVE PLANT FITNESS PORTRAYS. I''M BEING TRANSFERRED TO RAPID CITY SD - PLEASE HELP THIS CLUB - THANK YOU.
