Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been phenomenal—super friendly and helpful. There’s also an impressive range of classes, and the equipment is top-notch (especially the AI-powered gear at Haymarket—very cool). The only reason it’s a 9/10 and not a perfect 10 is the cleanliness. The gyms never quite feel clean (more specifically the change rooms)—possibly because they’re so busy, and it’s hard to keep up with the traffic.
