The manager and instructors have all been extremely friendly and helpful in regards to answering questions and providing helpful suggestions and explanations. We've worked with both Laura and Eileen and they are very knowledgeable and engaging with the kids as well as providing parent suggestions and explanations. My son is learning the routines and increasing his comfort level in the water and learning new skills every few weeks! I also really like how easy it is to schedule a makeup session if we miss one.
