I go to one class at the Y: Aqua Fit Deep with Devon Happersett-Heppe. Devon is a superb instructor. Very professional, consistently energetic, she makes the classes fun. They’re challenging, but doable. Devon keeps us moving, and is very encouraging. Best class ever!
