My husband and I have been mostly happy with the whole process of obtaining products and services from Culligan. Our initial appointment with Angie was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained each product and service in depth. After several estimates we were confident we were being provided the best value. As for our installation appointment it could have been a little better. The young woman was very friendly. Our disappointment was with her quality of work. After installing the drinking water dispenser above the kitchen sink there was no attempt to clean up the metal shavings scattered about. Then the shut off valve installed in the basement was not done correctly or in a logical location.
