Once again, after using Carson Dunlop for home inspections since 1992 (we've used the services five times) we are thrilled with the overall professionalism, attention to detail & ability to put buyers at ease during a very stressful process.
In our most recent inspection Stefan Gruescu completed a septic & well inspection in addition to full house inspection. He was knowledgeable informing us along the way about information pertaining to wells & septic systems. He was detail oriented in all of his duties throughout the inspection taking time to listen to our concerns & answer our questions. On top of all this, he was a pleasant & affable person!
