We love the Bellview Kriser store! The staff are amazing. They always welcome us with a friendly hello and smile when we walk in the door. They have been instrumental in helping our finicky and picky kitty. We have struggled for 3 years trying to find a food that we feel good feeding her AND one she likes - thanks to the Kriser staff, we're finally in a good place. It wasn't just their food knowledge but their personal stories that helped us. It never felt like they were trying to sell us product - they actually wanted to help us. They made us feel seen when they shared their own pet struggles. They listened. We laughed in shared experienes. They gave advice from pet parent to pet parent, not as a sales associate to customer. We love going in every weekend to see the staff as we stock up on our pet's favorite products. It is a much better experience than going to a overally corporate pet store any day! We are grateful to have found the Bellview Kriser store!
