I had such a great time chatting with Kayla! I really appreciated how experienced she is with different styles and hair types, as well as how collaborative she made the process as changes were made along the way and we just felt it out. The scalp massage, wash and hot towel are amazing additions and make the experience a cut above the rest. I also appreciated that Tommy Guns offers complimentary beverages (even if I forgot to grab one in the end). The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the shop is very clean and fun to look around. I would and have already recommended this place to get a haircut.
