Front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help. Equipment is well maintained. Bathroom/locker room areas are clean. I like the separate changing stalls so you don't need to change in a bathroom stall. The new hack squat and iso lateral horizontal bench press have been great additions and I appreciate the addition of the communal rack for plates so you don't have to interrupt someone else's workout to grab a weight.
