First, I liked the employees in the store. No one likes to have their car in the shop, but their high level of customer service made the experience better. Second, I appreciated their concern about the quality of their work. Companies rarely ever check personally with customers anymore to see if they were satisfied, but they asked. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.
