I like the3 month program we are on. Unfortunately, a report is never provided to me after the quarterly maintenance is completed and the salt is added.
I'm not able to be at home when this service is done, so I never know if the water conditioner is working properly.
In the past (in Illinois) my provider had a checklist and I always got a copy
Does the holding tank get flushed periodically due to the dirty sediment, scum, etc. to keep the system running properly? We were told the tank should be cleaned every 6-12 months.
O was wondering if the salt I'm using is above normal how much, if any,
needs to be added every quarter.
Om just trying to be sure I won't be surprised if the unit stops working.
Please let me know if my concerns are being addressed.
