The AI bot is confusing and not helpful. There was scheduling confusion on Saturday, 3/29 and I tried to call the office because the website said LaVida was open on Saturday. I called to talk with someone, no one answered. The AI bot started sending text messages creating more confusion. When I arrived for my 4/2 massage appointment, I talked to the receptionist and found out that the office was not open on Saturday. So why wasn’t there a message saying you weren’t open or why wasn’t the website updated. Either way I spent way too much time on Saturday trying to figure out my massage appointment schedule. I have been a Lavida Massage member for several years and the customer service in the last year or two just hasn’t been the best and scheduling a massage should not be this hard.
