He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to change myself. His ability to quickly access information online for unfamiliar issues was impressive. The shop's friendly atmosphere and well-maintained environment are also noteworthy. Unfortunately, the shop does not offer bike fitting services. However, it would be a significant value-add if basic fit adjustments, such as saddle height, were done during the bike purchases. I found that my bike required a substantial saddle height increase of 2-3 cm and a tilt correction after I took it home, suggesting a missed opportunity for initial setup.
