Your staff—from Sam to Jake to Matt (and I’m sure others whom I have yet to meet)—are terrific! Knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and efficient. They gladly answer questions even those from me that are very basic and provide good suggestions on products. They want customers to enjoy themselves while cycling and do everything to make that a possibility! Liberty is an hour from my home, but it is worth the trip to have my bike, a custom Seven designed by Sam, so well cared for and to interact with such great people.
