I’m awaiting a hip replacement and in some pain every day. I went to FT to get strong before my surgery. I am blown away at how after only 6 sessions, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been since 2.5 years because I’m strong and getting stronger weekly, and most importantly FT has given me hope. I’m stronger lifting my grand baby, stronger physically and most definitely mentally. I now know with the FT team I will be my most happy strong self. I just can’t wait what Amy has in store for me post surgery! "
