My move was perfect. When I first called to schedule the move, we inventoried each room for what would be moved, and I received my guaranteed estimate that would only change if I added or removed items. It was helpful to be able to budget for the exact cost. Subsequent phone calls confirmed my moving date and time and gave me an opportunity to make any changes I needed. They also gave me a chance to ask questions if needed.
On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and even called when they were leaving for my residence and again when they were five minutes away. They were very professional and friendly and listened carefully to special instructions I had for one piece. They worked hard, and I was so impressed with how quickly the move went. When I realized a piece wouldn't fit in my new home where I had planned to put it, they patiently waited for me to figure out my Plan B and then made sure I was happy with it. They did a final walkthrough to confirm everything had been moved and was in its place.
This was at least my fifth move with Little Guys, between office and residential moves. Since I've found the best, I won't go with anyone else!
