I like how dependable the service is. Our cleaning professional, Taryn, knows what we need and like. Some of the products are yours, but there are some we have a preference for that we purchase, and she will use those at our request. There have been times I've asked for advice on cleaning certain trouble areas, and Taryn has had great suggestions based on her experience. I also like the flexibility because my work schedule is unpredictable, and I'm able to switch dates when we need it (of course with advance notice). My schedule comes out quarterly, so at the start of the quarter I can give my preferred dates to the scheduling team.
