Steve truly cares about what he’s doing and about the clients. His knowledge and expertise in inspecting houses is just above and beyond what anyone would expect. He truly cares about the homes functionality and safety and is so thorough that he will make sure that the house that you are buying or living in is up to par and to an exceptional standard. It’s mind blowing the difference between the previous home inspectors that I’ve had and then seeing what Steve does and how detail he is and just his knowledge it literally makes me regret every other inspection I’ve ever had because there’s no comparison to what he looks at and how he does his job and how much dedication and detail he will put into your home inspection. He found things that I never thought to look at, and that previous inspectors that I’ve used never even thought to look at.
