I want to first begin by saying, Little Guys Movers Greensboro's customer service, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond what's required is UNMATCHED! I reached out to request an estimate to move things out of my storage unit and an Airbnb I was occupying. To say the least, I'm overly impressed with my entire experience from beginning to end. I personally worked with Desmond to receive quotes and communicate my needs for the upcoming move. Desmond was transparent and worked with me in regard to my budget and helped me to understand what the process would look like from the day I booked with them through completion. On moving day, I had the absolute best team of guys to work with, Juval, Brandon and Holden. Hands down from the call I received from them the morning of to state they were en route to my location, to the finishing of my move was simply amazing! This was my first professional move, and I assure you it was the best feeling not having to physically involve myself in the moving process. They communicated every detail with me and got the job done in half the time I expected. The took every effort to protect my items as well as protecting the interior of my new home as they moved things in.
