Title one boxing club in Manchester has been a life changer for me. I went to Title one to feel powerful and in control after an abusive relationship. I walked in for the first time and I was immidately greeted by one of the managers. It was a tough start for me due to PTSD, however Gill never let me quit. And she never let me feel unsafe.
Through working with Gill and all the trainers, Title one boxing club is now my biggest coping skill and support. I am always greeted by a trainer when I walk in the door. The trainers are motivating, highly skilled, and supportive.
When I felt that the world wasn't safe, I found my safety and my sanity in this club. The trainers are what sets this gym above all the rest. I look forward to seeing them, their classes, and their encouragement and support.
I have been a member of this gym since August 9th, 2024. I have never stuck with a gym this long. I would never go anywhere else.
