You’ve heard from me before but I never heard back on a training session. I love the place . My situation had changed some. First of all I probably am a bit unique in what I need. I had polio and the leg involved I had the knee replaced. It changed the whole leg. Learning to walk any distance, gaining leg strength, and balance is a top priority with me. Going thru some heart testing right now hoping no blockages causing my not being able to walk far. If not I have to build strength in that leg so I can build endurance. I don’t expect miracles from the staff at the Y . My needs are unique and polio problems are not understood anymore. Doctors aren’t even taught about it anymore. Anyways I will keep coming there and encourage others to do so too. My exercise needs take some experimenting on my own🙂
