When ready to make payment for services, the amount differed from what I was told via phone when I made the appointment. A difference of over $20. Making payment was also an issue with the machine on your end. I was charged twice and had to call my bank to resolve the issue. I per chase, it was the merchants error not chase.
As far as the facial session. I had many facials in the past and must state this was not worth the money. Skin treatment was very basic. Something I could have done in a 30 min mini facial session. An employee should also not come from outside right before a session is scheduled. She had on street clothes which is not sanitary. I will not be returning for a facial but will reconsider a massage with Ms. Claudia. She was very professional. Thank you.
