After I left and got home I realized I left part of my shade screen attached to my old 5th wheel that I traded in. I contacted Octavia Gibson and she retrieved the part and mailed it to me. To me Octavia went out of her way to retrieve the item and send it to me. I even received her text with the tracking number. Thank you.
