The facility is clean and quiet, and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I've been extremely happy with my masseuse, Melissa. She is really thorough--listens to my specific needs regarding tension areas, then really works hard to help relax the muscles. Seems very in-tuned and remembers my preferences from previous visits. I would highly recommend Melissa at a massage therapist and Elements in San Ramon to friends and family.
