They recommended the most cost effective scheme, and were very patient while waiting for it all to be set up. The bike was then built for me, and hand delivered halfway across the country, for a very reasonable delivery fee. They called me to make sure my deposit was repaid before I had even remembered it. A very human service with a trustworthy and knowledgeable team.
