I have been coming here for years…that alone is a testament to how much I enjoy the coaching staff. I first came out of curiosity and needing somewhere to exercise in a private setting (didn’t like having to wait to use exercise machines in a circuit). FT has helped me build and retain core strength, they have worked with me to regain function and mobility when I have injuries (unfortunately several). My work schedule varies every week but they have always been able to match me with a coach. I actually like this as I get to experience everyone’s excellent styles. FT has kept me mobile!
