Fitness Together trainers listen to you and work with you. They assess your current fitness level, listen to your fitness goals and then develop a safe training plan specifically designed for you. During a fitness session, my trainer listens to me. He watches my form and makes any adjustments needed to optimize the exercise. If I'm having a good day, we'll follow the scheduled exercise routine. But if I'm having a health issue, my trainer adjusts the session to accommodate my abilities on that day. I always finish my Fitness Together session feeling better than when I started my session.
