Primrose provides an intuitive, educational and deeply personal experience for my child and us, the parents. Its even more impressive when you consider that although they care for many children, it feels like mine is getting exclusive attention (when I know they all receive that level of care).
Their facility is modern, clean and welcoming. They deliver a secure environment and peace of mind. From the youngest to the oldest, their approach to care is rooted in development and education. I receive daily updates in the Procare app, with pictures, and synopsis on the skills and milestones they are working on, so that we can build on them at home, establishing a level of continuity as my son grows and develops.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable professionals that establish a meaningful rapport with the children. I trust they are not just taking care of my son, but are invested in his wellbeing, health and growth.
