Always spot on, always do something with the price on items and all this from a top end bike shop. Decent bike stuff is not cheap anywhere (except certain shops that are selling cack) and the after service is something Ive not experienced elsewhere. Maybe this is what the 'other half' live like!

Full disclosure, I have not bought top end stuff, however their entry level stuff is top end for most other bike shops and you get the top end service. Don't waste your time going elsewhere.
