Working with CarePatrol was AWESOME!! We began looking for some in-home assistance for Mom. They recommended several places. Those places were very quick about responding to my inquires! Mom changed her mind. We went through this process twice. CarePatrol was understanding about the changes. Then I realized I could no longer take care of Mom the way she deserved. I called CarePatrol again and got Kristin! What a blessing!! Kristin came to my home to talk to us. She came back to talk to Mom. Kristin then suggested two assisted living facilities. We went to see Ballard Glenn; Mom moved in two weeks ago. Kristin has followed us throughout the entire process! The CarePatrol service did not cost us anything! They have the up-to-date working knowledge about the care facilities. Moving my mom from her home to a care facility is not easy.
