I am pleased to report that the water damage mitigation process was a very good experience overall. Response time and work completion time was exceptional.
I was employed for over 30 years as a property insurance company executive, so I technically understood what the process involved. This was our family's first ever significant insurance claim so I have now have a different perspective concerning this side of the claims process.
Communication was excellent! The clean up crew was very considerate and kept the demolition mess to a minimum.
