Haven't used any of your services besides the interview. I found the customers/dogs were very happy as they entered the building. Employees seem to be cheerful and wanting to be there to work. So nice to see!
I was just concern of the actual play area size for my puppy who likes to run. Now I only had eyes on the monitor indoor area and the crated facility but not the outdoor play. Assuming limited of space.
In emergency situation I would use this facility. This time around, we found a family member to house sit while we are gone for a few days. If not, I would have schedulted dates to board.
